BuddyBubble (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the BuddyBubble service (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our websites, applications, and related features. By using the Service, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

• Communications — information you send to us (for example, support requests) and records of transactional or service-related messages we send to you, where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use mobile information for third-party marketing as described in the SMS section below.

SMS and mobile information

If you or your organization choose to receive text messages from BuddyBubble (for example, alerts or operational notices sent via an SMS program), we collect and use mobile-related data only as needed to deliver those messages, comply with carrier and regulatory requirements, and support the Service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; we work to maintain safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we process.

Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary by data category and context.
